摘要: A comparison between two sampling methods based on sample concentration (purge and trap (PT) solid-phase micro-extraction (SPME)) applied to gas sensors (electronic nose) for wine discrimination is performed. Two different traps have been used in the Tekmar 3100 purge concentrator: containing Tenax Tenax/silica gel/charcoal. Four types of fiber coating SPME method: 100 μm polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS), 65 polydimethylsiloxane/divinylbenzene (PDMS/DVB), 85 polyacrilate 75 carboxen/polydimetilsiloxane (CAR/PDMS). The cell a tin dioxide multisensor was mounted inside chromatograph (GC) oven, connected injector by replacing chromatographic column. In this way, GC injection port has connect holder cell. Samples five wines elaborated with major varieties DO Vinos de Madrid were testing capability systems. Multivariate analyses as principal component analysis (PCA) artificial neural netwoks (ANN) data discriminate among samples. Results show that technique provide better response. obtained highest success rate classification.
