摘要: The mobility, flexibility, convenience, and ubiquity of mobile data services (MDS) have contributed to their enormous growth popularity with users. MDS allow users communicate through texting (mTexting), Instant Messaging (mIM), multimedia messaging (MMS), email. A unique feature that enhances its among is the awareness capability, which revolutionizing way being used today. It allows potential communication partners socialize these technologies. This dissertation explored relationship between user experience, perceived richness, social presence satisfaction MDS. research model for examining antecedent conditions influence presence, interaction was developed. Partial least square analysis showed experience influenced both richness. Also supported Social mediated However, only one dimension interactivity presence.
