摘要: Abstract This paper presents a review of recent studies on high-performance liquid chromatography (hplc) proteins in gel permeation, ion exchange, reversed phase, normal and affinity modes. The discussion is generally oriented toward the nature column packing materials effects mobile phase composition, separation time, support pore volume, length, diameter, sample loading, solute molecular weight resolution. Applications hplc techniques to variety peptides enzymes interest basic research clinical laboratories are also presented. design use postseparation chemical reaction devices for detection enzyme activity discussed section detectors. relative merits packed bed, segmented flow, capillary reactors examined with respect band spreading time. concludes future trends proteins.
