摘要: Policy changes that impact nursing occur at multiple levels. The scope and pace of policy make it impossible for one faculty member to fill the role advocate. Faculty are frequently reticent participate, yet, work can be very rewarding faculty. When engaged in advocacy, a valuable resource university, legislators, other stakeholders. This article discusses team approach advocacy activity outlines key steps process. Strategies overcoming barriers when merging academic responsibilities identified.
