摘要: Abstract We present an approach in which laser ablation deposition is used to synthesize silver–nickel bimetallic nanoparticles. A variety of techniques, including scanning electron microscopy, energy disperse spectroscopy and X-ray photoelectron have been characterize the morphology, composition construction synthesized nanoparticles, respectively. The formation mechanism nanoparticles has discussed. Raman spectra analyzed. Time-of-flight mass spectrometry applied directly measure intermediate species. results indicate that diatomic AgNi most abundant species suggest stable may play important role synthesis process. Emission demonstrate temperature range 6000–10000 K during process increases with power density.
