摘要: The spring orchid (Cymbidium goeringii), found in northeast Asia, is one of the most popular and horticulturally important species family. This study analyzed genetic diversity population structure populations small islands mainland South Korea using 11 microsatellite markers. diversities distant (Heuksan Island Ulleung Island) were slightly lower than that (Yeonggwang-gun). was genetically separated from islands. Island, located eastern part Korean peninsula, closer to China Japan Yeonggwang-gun Heuksan which are geographically close China. These results imply orchids distributed appear not be influenced by yellow dust winds. As first islands, our will useful for understanding isolated C. goeringii populations.
