摘要: MicroRNAs are non-coding RNAs with important functions in several biological processes, such as, regulation of cell cycle, immune response, inflammation, and apoptosis. In fact, deregulation abnormal expression these molecules is associated human pathologies including cancer have already emerged as potential prognostic biomarkers different neoplasias. miR-34a directly regulated by p53 acts tumor suppressor while miR-125b plays a significant role response cervical carcinogenesis, HPV proteins seem to interact both changing its promoting persistent infection development. this review we describe the interaction mechanism deregulation. Additionally, their clinical applications prognostic/predictive also briefly discussed.
