摘要: Within network measurement context, traffic sampling has been targeted as a promising solution to cope with the huge amount of traversing devices only subset packets is elected for analysis. Although this brings an evident advantage overhead, computational burden performing tasks in equipment may overshadow potential benefits sampling. Attending that techniques evince distinct temporal and spatial characteristics handling traffic, paper focused on studying weight current emerging terms memory consumption, CPU load data volume. Furthermore, accuracy these estimating parameters such throughput evaluated. A framework also implemented order provide versatile fair platform carrying out testing comparison process.
