摘要: Fractures not related to birth trauma were diagnosed in 1.2% of preterm infants between the 24th and 160th day life. The clinical radiologic findings as well follow-up on 12 with one or more fractures reviewed. occurred either ribs long bones both. Their history, radiographic appearance, laboratory data suggest that most may have suffered from bone loss associated low intake calcium phosphorus. Improving metabolic status removing risk factors prevented further led good healing.
