摘要: In this work, the interaction between WO3 powder and methanol, 1-butanol, benzyl alcohol has been studied, at atmospheric pressure as well under high-vacuum (HV) conditions, both in presence absence of oxygen. The chemisorptions carried out have studied by means diffuse reflectance IR spectroscopy while quadrupolar mass spectrometry X-ray photoelectron used to follow reactions HV conditions. At pressure, methanol oxidizes formic acid CO2 when chemisorbed mixture with oxygen temperature higher than 423 K. Formic chemisorption was investigated for comparison.
