摘要: In this paper, the use of a multilayer perceptron (MLP) artificial neural network (ANN) is proposed to simulate variation protein concentration according time and also determine end optimal conditions biodegradation process wastewater from meat industry. To reduce concentration, papains Carica papaya latex have been used at controlled condition pH (5 7) temperature (25 30 °C). Results showed that reduction 82 91% by action for 30 40 h time. Simulations best occurred 5, 30 °C 35 h, in which maximum was obtained.
