摘要: Abstract In this paper chemical, morphological, electrical and biological properties of poly- l -lactic acid thin films with gold nanolayers were studied. These samples examined as-sputtered annealed at glass transition temperature. Morphological changes introduced by annealing studied means atomic force microscopy. This method showed formation oriented ripple-like structures on the surface film. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, goniometry, ellipsometry, sheet resistance measurement electrokinetic analysis used to determine distribution surface. Combined data suggests that these formed lines insulating polymer gaps in between. show preferential orientation over large areas under proper conditions offer simple way form electrically anisotropic material scale. Also cytocompatibility was showing increased cell adhesion proliferation mouse embryonic fibroblasts offering another use for easily structures.
