摘要: E-Science experiments typically involve many distributed services maintained by different organisations. After an experiment has been executed, it is useful for a scientist to verify that the execution was performed correctly or compatible with some existing experimental criteria standards. Scientists may also want review and their colleagues. There are no exsiting frameworks validating such in today's e-Science systems. Users therefore have rely on error checking services, adopt other ad hoc methods. This paper introduces platform-independent framework workflow executions. The validation relies reasoning over documented provenance of results semantic descriptions advertised registry. process ensures correctly, thus generated meaningful. tested bioinformatics application performs protein compressibility analysis.
