摘要: Management of antiplatelet and anticoagulant agents in patients requiring surgical intervention presents a unique challenge. Relative risks bleeding thromboembolism must be carefully assessed readdressed at regular intervals. In the event major complications, targeted transfusions reversal may required. This review offers an updated understanding regarding currently available agents, optimal timing duration therapy, perioperative management, strategies.
