摘要: Glutathione S-transferases (GSTs) are important plant proteins involved in biotic and abiotic stress responses. A gene from Juglans regia, JrGSTTau1 was previously cloned functionally characterized as an enzyme improving cold tolerance plants. To clarify the functional mechanism of its role response, here, promoter including up-stream regulators examined using yeast one-hybrid together with transient expression assays, osmotic response ability confirmed by comparing wild-type The 1500 bp displayed high GUS activity enhanced mannitol stress. is composed abundant cis-elements, some which were response-related motifs, such ABRE, DRE MYB, indicating that regulated potential under transcription factors (TFs) JrDREB2A, JrMYC2, JrMYB44, JrDof1 JrWRKY7 identified, shared a similar when exposed to PEG6000 walnut leaf root. These results implied may act regulate or combine functionality response. Furthermore, compared WT plants, transgenic tobacco plants overexpress showed improved drought induced stress, antioxidant enzymes, proline reactive oxygen species (ROS) involved. Our demonstrated positive played tolerance, multiple regulators.
