摘要: Symptoms in Meniere's disease are explained by hydrops of endolymphatic system with recurrent ruptures the membranous labyrinth. The primary cause increased volume appears to be an imbalance between secretion and resorption endolymph which may due obstruction duct sac, located vestibular aqueduct. Non-visualization or narrowing aqueduct paper have been demonstrated conventional tomography high resolution computed (HR-CT). But sac can not obtained HR-CT tomography. Whereas, on MRI, these identified. By we prospectively tried demonstrate morphological alterations 10 patients 4 neuronitis. These were compared a group 20 normal men. Visualization (vestibular aqueduct) MRI was assessed. There distinctly decreased visualization Meniere neuronitis group. We able confirm statistically proven usefulness technique identifying anatomical abnormality is directly correlation side lesion cases unilateral disease.
