摘要: Primary pulmonary melanoma is a very rare disease, with only 19 cases previously reported in the English language literature. These suggest that can arise lung as primary tumor, probably from residual melanoblasts. frequently endobronchial and often manifests symptoms of cough, hemoptysis, lobar collapse. Aggressive surgical resection, irrespective lymph node involvement, offers possible long-term survival some patients. The diagnosis necessitates both clinical histologic criteria be fulfilled. Herein diagnostic are proposed, approach discussed.
