摘要: The authors discuss the development of a Software Toolkit for Analysis Research (STAR) that will facilitate and interchange algorithms locating phenomena interest in large quantities data. Using this toolkit, researchers be able to ascertain which existing techniques are most promising, develop new possibly more effective methods, add/delete without major re-design work.
