摘要: A monoclonal antibody has been obtained which binds to the cell surface of cultured chick myotubes and retinal tectal neurons but not fibroblasts, myoblasts embryonic liver cells. Indirect immunocytochemistry reveals that antigen is present in all layers neural retina. The therefore recognizes an common most, if all, neurons. identified by staining SDS gels with [125I]monoclonal appears be a polydisperse collection polypeptides molecular weights centered about 250 kdalton.
