摘要: Abstract The chromosomes of 12 human meningiomas have been studied. All them had an abnormal stem line. majority the tumours a hypodiploid line, and there was peak at S = 45. Karyotype analyses demonstrated numerical and/or structural deviations in group G about three quarters tumours. According to findings present previous study preferential involvement might be phenomenon related progression. Conversely investigation showed markers lines half A statistical analysis chromosomal representation tumour indicated that groups C were involved formation markers, could hidden cases without discernible deviations. Furthermore, malignant primary (neurogenic children) major appeared restricted same chromosome groups. Thus, similar mechanisms for variation seem operating both benign
