摘要: Abstract The structure of putreanine, a new amino acid isolated from mammalian brain, was studied by its dissociation constants, mass spectrum, NMR spectrum and ORD. N-(4-aminobutyl)-3-aminopropionic assigned to it the results obtained. This synthesized condensation 4-phthalimino-1-bromobutane ethyl β-alaninate followed add hydrolysis. identity synthetic compound with natural confirmed structural assignment.
