摘要: we investigate the effect of Aminophylline against acute renal failure (ARF) in female Albino Wister rats. ARF was produced by glycerol as a simple method for induction so this achieved injection single dose (10ml/kg, 50%V/V with tap water, IM) rats which were restricted to drinking water 24 hours. (5mg/rat I.P) administered at (60min.'s) before ARF. The blood urea nitrogen ( BUN ) and serum creatinine Scr concentrations markedly elevated glycerol-ARF group on 1 st day 3 rd day, but elevation significantly suppressed Aminophylline. Also attenuated severe impairment clearance Crcl caused glycerol. Conclusion: These findings suggest that can protect damage Key words : ARF, glycerol,
