摘要: Abstract : This study is about the European navigation satellite program dubbed "Galileo" and its ability to survive date in face of many serious obstacles. The seeks understand Galileo's by answering two basic research questions: (1) Did realist factors, liberal or ideational factors weigh most heavily on decision makers' assessments need for Galileo?; (2) Are Galileo being driven more international, European, national, industrial levels? weighs these assesses influence levels upon decision-makers at key points 1999, 2002, 2004, 2007 determine whether may be attributed changes comparative weight over time.
