摘要: The purpose of this paper is to report on the development comparable set metrics, or else – a benchmarking standard Latvian non-life insurance market. In research we used case study methodology, deploying number strategies, namely: in-depth interviews with heads industry associations and survey representatives broker companies. We argue that for such information-intensive service as contribute e-Society, (e-)service offering must be based common quality standards allow consumers entrepreneurs have unbiased information able compare offered services from different firms. Mutual interaction though e-services between society, enterprises further can improvement industry.
