摘要: Summary: Temperature-induced and solvent composition-induced phase separation in solutions of poly(N-isopropylmethacrylamide) (PIPMAm) other thermoresponsive polymers as studied by NMR infrared (IR) spectroscopy is discussed. The fraction p phase-separated units (units with significantly reduced mobility) subsequently, e.g., thermodynamic parameters characterizing the coil-globule transition induced temperature, were determined from integrated intensities high-resolution 1H spectra. This approach can be especially useful investigations binary polymer systems. Information on behaviour water during temperature-induced was obtained measurements relaxation times HDO molecules. IR used to investigate PIPMAm water/ethanol (D2O/EtOH) mixtures where composition (cononsolvency). Some differences globular-like structures temperature revealed these methods.
