摘要: Stimulation of Cl secretion by prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) was measured as the short-circuit current (Isc) across isolated epithelium rabbit distal colon. Cellular morphology columnar and goblet cells during monitored using light electron microscopy. PGE2 altered epithelial cell only a reduction vacuolar space in apical pole crypt cells, consistent with release vacuole contents. Imaging crypts differential interference microscopy confirmed material from onset secretion. Inhibition loop diuretic bumetanide did not block release. The actin filament-disrupting agent, cytochalasin, reduced PGE2-stimulated Isc 40% blocked emptying space. These electrical morphological results indicate that process active ion is associated macromolecular contents vacuoles through mechanism involving cytoskeleton. In addition, this relationship supports concept vacuolated Lieberkuhn are type secretes response to PGE2.
