摘要: Abstract There is a growing interest towards increasing the efficiency of electrical machines to reduce ecological footprint. The an machine closely related understanding and accurate estimation associated losses. One loss component welding steel sheets as part manufacturing. This paper studies effect core on typical industrial induction motor. magnetic permeability losses first analyzed with help measurements unwelded welded ring cores assembled from stator sheets. Further, derived material parameters are applied in finite element analysis performance analyzed. It was observed that increased about 10% due effect. A mock-up prototype then manufactured measure which follow simulated values closely.
