摘要: Surfactants are utilized to reduce surface tension in aqueous and nonaqueous systems. Currently, most synthetic surfactants derived from petroleum. However, these usually highly toxic poorly degraded by microorganisms. To overcome problems associated with surfactants, the production of microbial (called biosurfactants) has been studied recent years. Most studies investigating biosurfactants have mainly bacteria yeasts; however, there is emerging evidence that those fungi promising. The filamentous ascomycetes for renewable substrates. yield depends on several factors, such as species, nutritional sources, environmental conditions. In this review, we explored production, chemical characterization, application ascomycetes.
