摘要: OBJECTIVE To determine the prevalence of pacemaker and conduction disturbances in patients with atrial septal defects. DESIGN All an defect born before 1994 were identified Danish National Patient Registry, 297 analysed for atrioventricular block, bradycardia, right bundle branch left anterior fascicular posterior pacemaker, mortality. Our results compared pre-existing data from a healthy background population. Further, outcomes between open defects closed by surgery or transcatheter. RESULTS Most frequent findings incomplete block (40.1%), (3.7%), (3.7%). Average age at implantation was 32 years.
