摘要: We describe a case of longstanding low back pain related to entrapment neuropathy the L1-L2 dorsal ramus over iliac crest. As 3 local anesthetic blocks (at trigger point, 7 cm left L5 spine process and just above crest) were successful for weeks each, surgical procedure was performed. This corrected patient stricture voluminous within rigid osteofibrous orifice between upper rim crest thoracolumbar fascia. Pain decreased dramatically same day disappeared completely less than week.
