摘要: • Cystic dilation of the common bile duct is a rare congenital anomaly. The cases two patients, 2½ and 18 years old, respectively, illustrate difficulty in preoperative diagnosis, as well value long-term postoperative follow-up. Ascending cholangitis developed one patients after Roux-en-Y cystojejunostomy nine operation. A follow-up three cystoduodenostomy 14 hepaticojejunostomy reported.
