摘要: Identification of disordered regions in protein sequence(s) is a very important problem and long standing puzzle to biologists. In many proteins, these structural disorders (an outcome improper folding) inside an otherwise ordered structure exhibit biological functions. Classical approaches identify sequence rely mainly on the pattern recognition algorithms where amino acid residues are classified as or disordered. this work, we employ recurrence quantification analysis based approach understand complex dynamics underlying regions. We hypothesize demonstrate that proteins with show strong evidence order-chaos-order transition by using windowed database 476 available from .
