摘要: This study was undertaken to assess whether reperfusion in smokers could be achieved spontaneously or therapeutically and favorable outcome sustained for years after infarction. We studied 260 patients with anterior myocardial infarction who underwent coronary angiography thrombolysis within 24 hours the onset of chest pain. There were 158 102 nonsmokers. Smoking associated more men, younger age, less multivessel disease. On initial angiography, distribution Thrombolysis Myocardial Infarction grade similar between After thrombolysis, 3 frequent (32% vs 18%; p=0.004). In-hospital mortality rates lower (8% p=0.022) long-term cardiac survival better (5-year survival: 82% 70%; p=0.022). Our data demonstrated that infarct artery responded efficiently throughout 5 years.
