摘要: Abstract Coastal lagoons are some of the most inhabited and yet threatened ecosystems in world. Cultural services coastal important for supporting human wellbeing therefore their valuation is gaining recognition among decision makers responsible managing development that affects these areas. This study focused on recreational aspect cultural employing two econometric methods revealed stated preference – to estimate non-market value recreation at lagoons. part an international interdisciplinary conducted by ecologists economists. The same survey questionnaire, with minor adaptations, methods, i.e. Travel Cost Method (TCM) Contingent Valuation (CVM), were used both Coorong (Australia) Ria de Aveiro (Portugal).
