摘要: Abstract Graphene holds promise for the development of advanced materials from battery electrodes to sensors structural composites. However, current preparation methods graphene rely on long-time oxidation where particularly hazardous are involved. We herein report a simple, cost-effective approach scalable solution-processible yet high-structural integrity graphene, by heating mixture graphite, sulfuric acid and potassium persulfate at 70 °C 7 min. The obtained platelets have average thickness 3.88 ± 0.80 nm lateral dimension below 2 μm, with Raman ID/IG 0.06. As measured 4-point probe method, platelet film exhibits surface resistance 0.70 ± 0.10 Ω/sq, corresponding electrical conductivity 1618.12 ± 261.56 S/cm. as-prepared carboxyl, epoxide hydroxyl groups surface, thus functionalized should be compatible many polymers. can suspend in ethanol 1 mg/ml up 3 h.
