摘要: The glutathione S-transferase present in the adult worker bee Apis mellifera macedonica was purified and analyzed for its physicochemical kinetic properties. enzyme is heterodimeric with subunit molecular masses of 29 25 kDa, respectively. Two main isoenzymes distinct properties are present, isoelectric points 7.40 alkaline 4.58 acidic forms, two enzymes induced independently by factors such as insecticide treatments environmental conditions, including low temperatures or starvation.
