摘要: HCV (hepatitis C virus) is a member of the Flaviviridae family that contains single-stranded positive-sense RNA genome approximately 9600 bases. major causative agent for chronic liver diseases such as steatosis, fibrosis, cirrhosis, and hepatocellular carcinoma which are caused by multifactorial processes. Elevated levels reactive oxygen species (ROS) considered factor contributing to HCV-associated pathogenesis. This review summarizes mechanisms involved in formation ROS replicating cells describes interference with detoxifying systems. The relevance pathogenesis reviewed focus on elevated processes controlling regeneration. overview about impact viral life cycle focused autophagy crosstalk between HCV, levels, induction autophagy.
