摘要: Publisher Summary This chapter discusses the methods of nuclear ribonucleic acid (nRNA) fractionation and nature RNA fractions detected in nuclei. It also describes structural organization RNA— that is, ribonucleoproteins, relative role different structures synthesis as well some established mechanisms this process, finally part proteins play regulation biosynthesis. Three types cellular are synthesized cell nuclei: mRNA, rRNA, tRNA. All by polymerase. Synthesis takes place with double-stranded DNA a template, but only one its chains is copied; asymmetrical. The identification true repressors, clarification interaction repressor factors, switching genes off on, not yet concluded. Studies these problems utmost importance for elucidating secrets differentiation.
