摘要: In this paper we present CMUcam3, a low-cost, open source, embedded computer vision platform. The CMUcam3 is the third generation of CMUcam system and designed to provide flexible easy use source development environment along with more powerful hardware goal simple capabilities small systems in form an intelligent sensor that supported by community. platform consists color CMOS camera, frame buffer, low cost 32bit ARM7TDMI microcontroller, MMC memory card slot. also includes 4 servo ports, enabling one create entire, working robots using board as only requisite robot processor. Custom C code can be developed optimized GNU toolchain executables flashed onto serial port without external downloading hardware. virtual camera target allowing for rapid application exclusively on PC. software comes numerous example applications libraries including JPEG compression, differencing, tracking, convolutions, histogramming, edge detection, control, connected component analysis, FAT file support, face detector.
