摘要: This review addresses the major biochemical and structural characteristics of isolated transverse tubule (T-tubule) membranes, including methods isolation morphology purified evaluation attendant membrane activities, ion pumps channels, compositional analyses functionally relevant components. Particular emphasis is placed on Mg2+-ATPase, its localization in T-system, unusual kinetic properties, possible functions, potential regulation by diacylglycerol other biologically-relevant lipids. Conclusions are drawn with respect to markers characteristic T-tubule membranes criteria be applied assessment purity.
