摘要: Despite numerous publications, new guidelines for the treatment of acute pain and efforts from a number initiatives, there is still tremendous need improvement in postoperative therapy. One reasons shortcomings care patients with lack applicability daily clinical practice. Therefore, simple but effective easy to implement concepts be developed. In following review, different that have been developed over recent years are presented evaluated their effectiveness. these notion balanced analgesia, currently probably one most widely used perioperative therapy concepts.
