Nonvital Tooth Bleaching: A Review of the Literature and Clinical Procedures

摘要: Tooth discoloration varies in etiology, appearance, localization, severity, and adhesion to tooth structure. It can be defined as being extrinsic or intrinsic on the basis of localization etiology. In this review literature, various causes discoloration, different bleaching materials, their applications endodontically treated teeth have been described. walking bleach technique root filling should completed first, a cervical seal must established. The agent changed every 3–7 days. thermocatalytic involves placement pulp chamber followed by heat application. At end each visit is left so that it function until next visit. External with an in-office requires high concentration gel. might supplement technique, if results are not satisfactory after 3– 4 visits. These treatments require bonded temporary resin composite access cavity. There deficiency evidence-based science literature addresses prognosis bleached nonvital teeth.
