摘要: This study aimed to examine the possibility that ethanol-induced rise of serum triglyceride concentration in man is partly due an impaired removal triglycerides from circulation. Acute ethanol loads given normal human subjects after overnight fast reduced postheparin plasma lipoprotein lipase activity by average 25% but did not influence hepatic or fractional Intralipid triglyceride. When alcolhol was administered fed evening significantly decreased next morning as compared corresponding control value and clearance were changed. It concluded slight decrease during alcohol intoxication may contribute hyperlipemic effect ethanol.
