摘要: Barley yellow dwarf (BYD)-associated viruses are economically important in a wide range of cereals and grasses worldwide. These belong to family Luteoviridae efficiently transmitted by aphids circulative non-propagative manner. BYD-associated have genome single-stranded positive sense RNA (+ssRNA). Even if isolates from different parts the world show significant divergence pathogenicity genetic structure, evolutionary process genomic structure new viral species poorly known. In this study, BYDV-OYV, which has been proposed be distinct tentative virus infects oat (Avena sativa), Triticale Sweden Latvia, was investigated characterize its relationship with other members Luteoviridae. To address these issues, partial region BYDV-OYV determined for one Swedish isolate. The sequence consisted 2,792 nucleotides contained 4 open reading frames 3 un-translated regions. resembled those Sequence comparisons including 15 genera Luteovirus Polerovirus, showed that shared highest nucleotide identity BYDV-PAV-CN (AY855920), BYDV-PAV isolate 05ZZ4 (EU332321), 05ZZ13 (EU332327) 05GG5 (EU332310) at 82.8%, 82.6%, 82.6% 82.5%, respectively. A phylogenetic analysis confirmed is related genus Luteovirus, but it separate known luteoviruses. deduced amino acid ORF3 (coat protein) between only 87%. Thus, should regarded as BYDV-PAV-CN.
