摘要: Publisher Summary This chapter discusses the delivery of urine through ureter and its efflux into bladder as influenced by variations in flow from kidney fluid pressure within bladder. The rate peristalsis remains fairly constant under conditions moderate diuresis, apparently decreasing at very low or high flows. Intrapelvic increases with up to marked osmotic when it upper limits despite further diuresis. increased vigor ureteral contraction is explicable on basis known physiological properties smooth muscle present pelvis ureters. In muscle, voluntary force dependent, limits, upon length. capacity adapt itself changes volume limited inability dilate beyond a certain point.
