摘要: Since the turn of century, dermatologists (1, 2) have been among early pioneers in use cryogenic modalities for treatment benign and precancerous growths skin. Grimmett (3) has shown histological necrosis extending 1.5 mm skin depth, following application liquid nitrogen with a Q tip, onto cutaneous surface. According to Smith (4), as long ago 1873, Cohnheim had demonstrated edema, freezing rabbits' ears at from -7° C. -8° C; inflammation was noted -10° -16° C, -18° -20° demonstrated. To our knowledge there is paucity information regarding temperature recordings human subjected application.
