摘要: Differentiated cells retain the genetic information of donor but extent to which phenotypic differences between donors or batches differentiated are explained by variation introduced during differentiation process is not fully understood. In this study, we evaluated four separate commercially available neurons originating from same iPSCs investigate whether used in manufacturing affected genome-wide gene expression and modified cytosines, neuronal sensitivity drugs.
