摘要: Recently, a number of new Ward identities for large gauge transformations and diffeomorphisms have been discovered. Some the are reinterpretations previously known statements, while some appear to be genuinely new. We use Noether’s second theorem with path integral as powerful way generating these kinds identities. reintroduce discuss how work physical remnant symmetry in fixed systems. illustrate our mechanism Maxwell theory, Yang-Mills p-form field Einstein-Hilbert gravity. comment on multiple connections between results recent literature. Our approach suggests novel point view important consequences.
