摘要: A communications resource management system. The system includes a first module for prioritizing incoming messages and second steering the in response to prioritization by module. assigns message priority each based on plurality of parameters such as mission mode, type, timeliness factor. selects most optimal with highest assigning transmitter factors estimated arrival time, availability, waveform compatibility. is steered at moment sent. modules are implemented using decision tree logic.
