摘要: Ponds are important elements of green areas in cities that help counteract the negative consequences urbanization, by providing habitats for biodiversity and being essential nodes overall landscape-scale habitat network. However, there is relatively little knowledge about impacts pond management intensity, function environmental variables on urban biodiversity. In this study we addressed gap investigating which factors were correlated with level ponds, indicated species richness aquatic insects, Stockholm, Sweden. Our did not confirm any direct link between perceived intensity or ponds it seems can influence particular groups indirectly, since found Trichoptera (Caddisflies) was highest at intermediate intensity. We suggest caused vegetation, as amount floating emergent vegetation significantly both (Caddisflies). This relationship non-linear, an coverage had richness. Interestingly, affected management. The also positively size. Since pattern relations differed insect will be difficult to provide design recommendations areas. Therefore, recommended high diversity one should aim promoting different types differing shape them.
